Working on our Bedroom!

Our house has been a work in progress since we bought it 6 year ago (I think! I have no memory)  I do however know that we (my wonder hubby WH and I) have not been in our master bed-bath in about 1 1/2 years and counting.  We moved into our attached garage turned playroom and have been there during our remodel.  It's great fun!  Sarcasm in voice.  Anyway...we have been working pretty hard over the past few months to get things on the move.  In our defense we do have 2 boys that like to play sports that keep our weekends and free time pretty busy.  So we/ (WH and I) just work on the rooms when the opportunity and money arises.
We bought our basic rancher and I think there was wallpaper in every room or dark paneling in every other room.  But we thought that it had potential and decided to go for it.  like I said we are still in the remodel phase!  We have done a ton: re-sided, new windows, gutters, added detached garage, back porch, kitchen addition, attached garage remodel, paint-scrape-gut-rip-saw-hammer-and nail every inch of this poor house!!  I will show some older pics later but just wanted to show a few of the master bed-bath progress.

Mauve 3 matching sections of Mauve wallpaper!  Lovely brown carpet.

This is the vanity that was in the bedroom.  Yes - in the bedroom!  to the right the toity and left the closet.

Shower area complete w/pink and mauve accents.

More floral wallpaper (the thick stuff!)  Luckily that was just ripped off in the demo process.  and yes-people that is a bidet!  Pretty much just used that bad boy for storage!  Check out that floring I think we removed 3 layers here.

Where the vanity used to be.

Doorway and looking at where the shower used to be.

New white shower sitting in the bedroom...now that's one I've not heard before, and I'm originally from Arkansas! You might be a red-neck if...

Removal of said Mauve wallpaper.

New wall where vanity used to be.  Oh...new doors!

WH and Reuben painting baseboards.

I was going to try to post a video of our progress but can't seem to find the cord to up load so I will try that one another time!
Thanks for stopping by and please continue to return for updates.  Remember- I work at a much quicker pace when I am creating jewelry and pendants so please do not be afraid!!
